Employee Relations is, without question, the most concerning part of working at FanDuel. Their approach is rigid, punitive, and disconnected from the reality of how teams operate. Rather than supporting employees or resolving issues, ER often feels focused on punishment over fairness. There is little room for dialogue, context, or proportionality. Even minor, unintentional mistakes can result in extreme consequences delivered without warning.
