Pros
FanDuel is currently in the middle of a rapid expansion, because of this, they've been revamping and revolving staff left & right. Prior to the pandemic, my time at FD was nothing but pleasant, not to mention, there was more stability in the office, but can't really blame them for an unforeseen pandemic. NOTE: Any claim(s) of unfair bias or favoritism is absolutely false. While it seems odd to make this point, unwarranted claims seem to have derived during my time there, they're all beyond ridiculous. They expect work, but if you deliver, rewards & potential promotion are usually offered in some form. The people (and I can only speak for my direct team) are simply phenomenal as both, employees and human beings (when they want to be).
Cons
Part of the chaos derives from the lack of clarity when communicating with staff, especially when you choose to revamp staffing, communication is vital, and while I don't want to say it was absent, it was minimal to what it should have been. The BIGGEST problem I had with their sudden decision of departure is that when I was being informed by HR itch, the laptop was literally reset and I never received an answer or follow-up... that was bad.
