Pros
There's a lot of trust at FanDuel and that allows me to be flexible with my time and not worry about core office hours. I also get a lot of autonomy afforded to me in my role so I can be pragmatic in getting the job done. The people are fantastic as are the learning and development opportunities. What I value the most is the collective drive. People work hard and are driven by creating fantastic products that our users love. The perks don't hurt either: * Uncappoed annual leave * Encouraged to attend industry conferences * Good pension * Stock options * Great offices
Cons
It's very fast paced with shifting priorities. This may not be a con to some but if you rely on process rather than thinking on your feet you might find it a hard environment to adapt to.
