I like the atmosphere of working with children and getting to make a difference in children’s lives. Plus all of the staff is very welcoming. One more thing I like is the flexibility with when sessions get cancelled, or if we have bad weather.

The benefits are definitely the number one con for me. That and the amount of driving we have to do and not being able to receive more reimbursement for wear and tear to our cars.
