Pros
I really like the home and family model of counseling more then traditional outpatient. I Have a chance to work with his parents and siblings. Coworkers, supervisors, directors, all seem focused on kids.
Cons
Some shady neighborhoods but you can ask to not work somewhere if you feel unsafe.
