      Pros

      Cares about the kids and does a lot for the community

      Cons

      Be careful and maintain your boundaries Do not get comfortable anything personal you tell them will be used against you They do not treat you the best unless you happen to be a favorite so the “family” aspect only applies to a certain group

      Pros

      They are flexible and caring. It’s clear they want what is best for kids and also for their staff. They helped me grow a ton and I was sad when I moved away for personal reasons.

      Cons

      It can be hard working 6 days a week but that isn’t required once you’ve been there a while. I think the people who say they play favorites expected the company to let them get away with things but they are a very ethical and fair company.
