Highest Comp in the industry. Access to A rated Insurance Carriers. Access to A rated FIA carriers. Vested Renewals from Day one. No IMO Contract. Free Training and Free Conferences. You keep all of your life commissions even when you get help from an experienced agent.

Cons

Most people come with a employee mindset vs a business owner mindset. A self employed, work until you get the results, mindset is needed. Most people don't have that mindset or take a while to develop it. Working with the wrong team inside FFL can be problematic.
