We value your feedback and invite you to call us to discuss your concerns at any time. We would be happy to review what happened and take steps to correct it.
As has been the case around the world, the last two years have greatly impacted our business operations. As we build back, we look forward to giving everyone the time and attention they deserve. It sounds like you did not get the support you needed at the time and for that we apologize.
Please know that we are working to get back to our pre-pandemic systems where each staff member received a visit from an onsite Caregiver Mentor who would be there on day one to help get things started and explain the care plan and work duties.
We hope this helps in the future. Thank you for all you do and for your patience as we get back up to speed and to better days ahead.
