Cool & interesting co-workers, company tries to keep departments on the same page and does little fun events each month to keep employees engaged. Other departments are willing to help you lean about products and their procedures.
Cons
Redundant work load. Team lead will train and review the work of new hires but if that team lead's understanding is wrong management will not correct them & will allow them to continue to train new hires. As a result, when another QC reviews the work, the error rate is extremely high and the same work has to be done 2-3 times before it is correct. Pay isn't so great, increases are seldom and very little, and cash bonuses are small and heavily taxed anyway. Benefit premiums are not discounted, same as if you pay as an individual.
