Pros

- Company benefits; significant discounts, great staff food provided daily - Super collaborative team with a good working culture; from FOH to BOH and the office/media team, everyone is passionate and knowledgable - it does feel like you're part of a huge team effort to make the restaurants as great as they can be - Leadership; accessible and visible leadership, including the directorate - they lead by example, are always willing to chat and improve, frequent goodwill gestures for good work, birthdays, Christmas, etc. - Many opportunities to grow, experience working in different teams or roles, close-knit teams mean good work is rewarded and recognised - Good diversity throughout workforce and particularly in senior management

Cons

- Can be a high pressure environment, at times very busy and spinning multiple plates at once - your work-life balance can be stretched in very busy periods - Statutory sick pay only (i.e. no sick pay up to 4 days, over 4 days minimum statutory payment only)

We also recognise the importance of employee wellbeing and have recently introduced additional support, including an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), trained Mental Health First Aiders, a dedicated support line, and access to free counselling services.
