Terrible management. Managing by bulling is Fallon’s practice. It trickles down from HR, to directors, and then to managers. The treatment of employees is extremely poor. The department is run more like a high school than a place of employment, which is very sad because there are good people working hard. In addition to it all-caseloads are unmanageable with the amount of administrative duties piled on.
