Pros
Great benefits with little waiting period to get them. Benefits include: 20 days PTO, Wellness days, education days, remote working, flex time, healthy insurance options, summer hours, etc. Great people, they are genuinely nice to work with.
Cons
Each department is managed as an independent unit, meaning managers decide for their department how much of the FBG culture trickles down to that department. So every department has a very different experience of the advertised culture. An example would be some managers don't agree with the flex-time or remote working opportunities and significantly limit how their subordinates use it. Also it's rare to get a promotion.
