Pros
Friendly culture that allows you to try new things, fail and succeed. Here you can raise your voice and make a true impact in the game that we're developing, which I think is super cool. Also, we're a mix of both senior and junior people and we learn different things from eachother. As a person who joined Fall Damage during covid and WFH-times, I also very much appreciated everyone being very welcoming and curious.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that we're not allowed to talk about the game (of course, as it's not public yet) which is a bit annoying because I want to tell everyone about the cool things that we do :D
