Pros
I haul auto parts so I don't have to mess with unloading it. I run the same route everyday so I can get used to it and don't run into problems much. Since it is dedicated I don't have to deal with sitting around waiting on a dispatcher to get me a load. I don't even talk to my driver manager but once a week or so. Once you get through your first 30 days or so and you figure out what's expected and they start to trust you with your route you're pretty much on auto pilot. Equipment is the only reason it's not 5 stars. I fortunately have a 2016 model but I've seen some of the older stuff they have, but it is getting better! Good pay, good runs, leave you alone (as long as you do your job) is why I gave it 4.
Cons
Equipment for some other drivers is out dated. But it's not terrible. They are getting more and more newer trucks.
