      Pros

      Good place to accumulate PCE, decent benefits. Job is not that stressful.

      Cons

      Primarily IFT for Seattle area, you won't get to practice much of your EMT skills. A lot of wait-and-returns. In EMS, pay could always be better. Getting message bombed by scheduler asking EMTs to pick up extra shifts.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
