      Pros

      Fantastic coworkers Great supervisors in general Well regarded in most areas

      Cons

      High turnover kills reputation in Sonoma County Upper management will say one thing and do another Closes shifts and stations with little to no notice Pay is substandard for the area Only has CE education online or alphabet soup classes No training to upkeep job skills Priority is very obviously alameda county and nothing else matters One supervisor kills morale and doesn’t pull his weight in any way

      Pay is not the best but there is plenty of overtime opportunities

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
