Benefits for non-Union employees are better than most companies. Retirement benefits plan is ancient and not effective if not an employee for nearly a decade.
Cons
Terrible. The company touts change and all of the fancy words to attract potential employees, once inside the organization you find out how stagnant, fearful of change, terrible the administration and non-clinical leaders are in their work. HR in particular is the worst cultural experience for an experienced employee. The constant turnover is a red flag I ignored and encourage job seekers considering Fairview or M Health to consider. Seeking employment outside of this organization and exiting as quickly as possible. This is not a place for a bright and shining star, this organization will kill anyone with enthusiasm very quickly.
