      Pros

      Flexible hours, excellent opportunity for continuing education, spacious office

      Cons

      No vacation time for the first year, very hard with children. Not up-to-date with policies and procedures. Management (RNs) extremely unprofessional. Human Resources does not provide confidentiality. At times would request mandated paperwork for facility license to be done wrong.

      Love the community. The residents are fantastic and they always make me smile. The coworkers are also fantastic

      You definitely don't get paid the best.

      Pros

      The facility was clean, well organized and the staff was mainly friendly. The residents were well cared for by the CNAs

      Cons

      The pay was not the best, but certainly not the worst. There was some confusion by residents and some of the newer staff just because of the size of the facility. It was easy to get lost in!
