Pros

Work-life balance - hybrid work setup. You can work remote 2-3 days a week. Free bagels on Mondays, Tacos on some Fridays, lunches on some holidays. Free tickets on local sports events. Great leadership. Talented Team. Good collaboration. I hope the company continues at the same pace and avoids becoming overly fast-paced, demanding, or stressful like do the same mistakes as other fin-tech companies.

Cons

The company could improve by increasing diversity, particularly within its leadership team.

Pros

team is great, and people consistently show care and support for each other, creating a strong collaborative atmosphere. leadership is visionary, providing clear direction and ambition for the company's future.

Cons

Critical issue is the severely outdated and confusing medical benefits plan. This 40-year-old, third-party administered system provides no clarity on coverage, creating unnecessary financial and health anxiety for employees and their families. As a cherry on top, the internal benefits administrator is consistently unresponsive, and displays clear bias. She exclusively prioritizes executive requests and provides vague, unhelpful answers to regular staff, effectively withholding essential benefits information and support. This poor administration is a serious organizational issue and a crisis for employees seeking medical coverage. Trust me many of us faced this and feel the same. No matter how many employees gave review about this internally, no changes made. If you're in need of medical attention stay away from this company

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you’ve experienced a supportive and collaborative team environment and value our leadership’s direction. Employee well-being is very important to us. The company adopted a self-insured health plan to help offset rising premiums, saving employees money while maintaining strong coverage. Our HR/Benefits team reviews feedback each year to improve our plans and provider options. We encourage employees to share concerns directly with their senior leader, the Chief Human Resources Officer, or another company representative so we can diagnose the situation and determine if there was a gap or error in the benefit provided.
