Fair Dinkum Direct was a life changing experience for me! I started entry level and worked my way up to a senior leadership role, learning sales/marketing, training, leadership and interviewing! Built life long relationships and learned the ins and outs of business because of the top notch mentoring they offer. Anyone fresh out of college or just starting their career can get ahead of their peers through this company just like I did! Worked here for 3 years and loved the experience. However this is a career and not a job where you can just come and in coast through, everyday I had goals to hit and things to learn. Not a typical 9-5 clock in clock out clock out. The management, Chad and Gareth both teach life lessons, I never really had a boss I see them more as mentors! All I can say is Thanks to the FDD team for everything!

Not for people who are looking for an easy job that doesn’t go anywhere. Definitely for career oriented people.
