You can make them fool as nobody have knowledge about technology. You can take leave as much as you can because it will affect your salary so management will provide easily. You can show that you are working in a software company (just for name). You can have many discussion meeting and many great ideas. ( Nothing will be implemented)

No salary confirmation No PF Can't get whole salary at a time You have to wait 2 months(minimum) for 1 month salary Cannot seek for career growth No projects on advance technology No permanent clients Salary is unpredictable( according to project delivered) No techie person List of person(all previous employee) having pending salary Addition of new rules and policies after certain month. All policies are for employee only, management will give fake promises and fake reason.
