Pros

+ Great team dynamics: Working very collaboratively and always supporting each other. + Interdisciplinary: Diverse backgrounds and very clever people, making every day intellectually stimulating. + Great afterwork: If projects are not super pressing, we have regular team events which are always super fun. + A nice campus: The Berlin office on a sustainability campus offers a modern, eco-conscious workspace. + Attractive benefits: Perks like the "birthday off" or public transport subsidies are highly appreciated. + Flat hierarchies: Their open decision-making process ensures everyone's voice is heard.

Cons

Despite the great workplace, long working hours are sometimes necessary to meet deadlines (typical agency), also often calls later in the evening since many clients are from the US.
