I had such a good experience from the very beginning — the recruitment process was super smooth and fast (we wrapped everything up in 3 weeks!). What really stood out to me was the hiring manager — absolute superstar. From our first conversation I felt like this is someone I’d genuinely love to work with. Since joining, what I noticed straight away is the atmosphere — there’s this real sense of engagement and positive energy. People genuinely appreciate each other’s work, and recognition doesn’t feel forced or formal — it’s just part of the culture. At the same time, it’s not just good vibes — the challenges are real. The goals are ambitious and the work makes you grow quickly. If you’re someone who likes learning by doing, you’ll enjoy it.

Cons

Personally for me those are not disadvantages but it's definitely not for everyone: - The pace is fast and things move quickly, which creates a dynamic environment — but it might feel intense if you’re more comfortable with a slower workflow. - You’re given a lot of ownership and autonomy from the very beginning, which is incredibly empowering — though it might feel like a big leap if you’re expecting more guidance or hand-holding. - The bar is high and expectations are ambitious, which pushes you to grow — but it also means you need to be proactive and comfortable with navigating ambiguity.

Management in the US is really poor. They claim to have strategies, but they keep changing them, so there's no solid direction. Regarding compensation, it feels like they're just squeezing employees to hit quotas. The longer I work here, the more I feel like an intern without a clear career path. They always push us to move fast, using the excuse of being a startup, but it just shows they don't have a good plan for the US market. Please learn how to be a good leader instead of just pushing and pressuring us. I've never seen such poor management.
