Pros
Sharp minds work at Faction and the success the organization has come from the core of the agency and the commitment we have to each other. I am proud to call many people at the agency my friend. We work hard and play even harder. It is a fun place with fun people.
Cons
There is not a clear vision at the company. The agency consistently misses goals that are not based in reality. Each year my coworkers dread the review process that is a fair amount of work with very little in raises or compensation. I don't often see internal promotions and bonuses do not really exist. The constant cash flows rumors are nerve racking.
