Frustrated Client! - Advisor FactSet Employee Review

The con is only about the department, not the company. The department is really awful and the promotion cycle is quite slow. Growth is very limited to be stagnant and it’s a call centre. There is no other way around it. So if you’re getting an opportunity at other departments from the CUS, you’re good to join this company. But if you get into CUS, please don’t. It’s a call centre and the management will claim not to be one. Happy job hunting!!
