      Its a job and some of the people are like family.

      Cons

      Ur own risk. Management bullies its employees. Exploitation is rampant. Toxic environment. High turnover. Lies lies and more lies. Some of the leadership management team treats employees as if they are stupid. This is also told to employees. Do yourself a favor. Stay the hell away. Don't believe me go in at your own risk.

      Pros

      The company has potential to become great. I've worked for companies with no work life balance but I'd say you have it here, as its not as fast paste as other companies.

      Cons

      The company is stuck in old ways as old employees only see things one way and won't give new employees a chance. The old employees are driving good new employees away. Little to no room for advancement due to old school mentality, rude/unfriendly/non social environmental, not a team environment and lacks positive/encouraging culture.
