You'll get to learn what it means to sell. Very steep learning curve. Highly motivated employees. You can make a lot of money if you learn fast and work hard.

Work location. Not a lot of training given. Very demanding for inexperienced sales people. Many freelancers quit during the first week.

Decent training, although short. Everyone is expected to help everyone else out.

No reason for people to switch to the service unless Fios was available. Otherwise it was an inferior product.
