Friendly family atmosphere, very different to anywhere else I've worked. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and make the role your own

Struggling to find anything I really dislike here, some other reviews mention the company being reactive rather than proactive, I think a lot of organisations are susceptible to this and the company are aware that this is sometimes the perception, therefore they are able to work on it.

Worst treatment of employees. Ravi thinks his employees are slaves. They dont pay salary on time. it is 3 months late. Anyone who leaves this organization, he/she doesn't get paid of FnF. This company is not satisfying its clients and vendors. but still employees work hard.
