High Staff Turnover - Internal Sales Representative Fabory Group Employee Review

- Poor Salary. - Theft within the workplace. Found out they had lockers installed after it happened to a new starter there. - Not keen on keeping the customers happy. Always turning them away in favor of using the web shop. Then when the web shop encounters issues you just get grief off customers and there is was formal training on how to troubleshoot these issues. - Went through over 10 different sales people within a 12 month period. The longest serving person there at the time hadn't even been there a year.
