Pros
There are no pros at Fabcon. The facility is in shambles. The management is not in control of anything. The production workers do as they please. The office people take weeks/months to respond or resolve HR issues.
Cons
You dedicate your life to this place for pennies. The maintenance mechanics make the same hourly pay at the production workers. Which is all right with the Local 563 Union because they get their money from you no matter what. The facility should be bulldozer over because it is in dissrepair. They pollute the DNR land next to them and it goes unnoticed. There are do many wiring issues in this building it should be condemned.
