Pros
Coworkers are pretty good, benefits are not awful, and opportunity to learn many things
Cons
Disorganized work environment, poor management, incompetency gets promoted, hard work goes unnoticed, lazy people get better raises because it's all about building a relationship with management and not actually doing the work, out of touch management using antiquated systems, technology and instruments are incredibly outdated by modern standards, benefits are not great compared to other companies, no shift differentials, yearly bonus is abysmal, raises dispersed throughout the company are hard capped at a certain amount of people, have to write your own performance reviews despite the stuff you spend hours writing making little to no difference in the end because they were going to give you the score they felt like giving you anyways, workload is asking a bit much for simple chemists
