- Management are deluded. They have no idea what direction they want to take the station, so delivering content was impossible. The headline is 'Young persons LBC' so it baffles me that all presenters are over 25. All of them are past it except Harriet Rose who I think is maybe only there to bolster her presenting portfolio. The guests are embarrassing, over my time there I saw The Darkness, Laurence Fox, Wagner (yes Wagner from 2008 X-Factor), ABZ from Five, Fazer from N-Dubz and countless others I've had to suppress on air, how do any of those names scream YOUNG PEOPLE. The thorn in the side is that they have had some brilliant talent through, Big Zuu, Jaykaye, Ashnikko, Lily Moore, Laura Misch, Oscar Jerome, Childcare have all came on air but are so obsessed with 'stars' of the past that all of these names get overlooked and are not used to grow and establish the station in younger audiences. and if the thorn in the side want enough the kick in the throat should do it - THEYRE ONLY FORWARD THINKING YOUNG PEOPLES SHOW GOT AXED. Calum McSwiggan's LGBT+ show was the only show on they're roster that I can imagine got any listenership, it had forward thinking exciting guests. But it git axed. Yet 2 middle aged white men talking about horror movies and all things Star Wars is still on air. Honestly if Alan Partridge didn't exist I would go ahead and write a sitcom about this place. -Management have 0 management skills. Yes on top of being deluded they are awful at managing staff. Rude, personal and just impossible to please. They have no self reflection and honestly made my last three months there a living hell.
