      Nothing!! WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR

      They got my hopes up with a really catchy headlines, but I quickly became wise to the fact that these weren't real jobs. it's all Door to Door marketing. 100% commission based. paid training is a joke. they will hire everyone during the interview process. so don't get too excited if they said you're 1 out of 20 applicants to be selected.. this company is very dishonest and sleazy. STAY AWAY!!

      Software has great potential. Management seems to know what they're doing. Good guidance. Enough latitude to make a difference and fulfill your potential.

      Cons

      It's a small company, so there is the issue of job security. Your future depends on the success of the company.
