Pros

It’s quite amazing how inaccurate these reviews are, and not to mention the salary reports of this faulty corporation. The good thing I can say about this cesspool of a workplace is I knew my place since day one. The people here are very toxic, and not to mention a bunch of skin sucking parasites. If you’re thinking about working here, I would reconsider that career choice unless you have an obsession with being somebody’s property. The only reward you get from working here is knowing your services are no longer required and will shun you until you’re considered useful. The best part about that reward is when you need their help with something, they simply cannot be bothered or do not have time to go over your concerns. Sure they have these silly town hall meetings that don’t really interest me, nor does the company care about the interests of some hardworking individuals who are ignored on a regular basis... just a bunch of wine slurping slackers who brag about how great it is to overcharge and lobby their oil-rigging fracking clients. If you’re willing to put others down and think your stuff doesn’t stink you’ll fit in just fine.

Cons

Very corporate, there is no room to build relationships and grow here. You have to be in a certain clique or group to be respected, promoted, and valued. The employees here are completely discourteous, they ignore messages that don't concern them and never seem to consider the volume of their unsolicited conversations. The only time I am ever contacted is when they need something from me or when I'm stuck in a pointless meeting (that is recurring). I go on for days knowing that I'm just a nobody in this office, a speck of dust with no care in the world. My favorite part about working here is when I am walking by someone and they immediately put their head down as though the floor is the most interesting thing in the world. It's their way of saying "I refuse to acknowledge your existence, and I don't want to look anywhere near your stupid face." ICARE, more like ICANT..I'm sure this message will be ignored as always, just thought I'd vent. Blah blah blah blah get back to work I know the company wants more money. Speaking of which my salary is lower than it's recorded on Glassdoor. My salary isn't even close to $60K+ a year. Do you care? Probably not, so I'll just be a good little rat and keep running this race until I'm probably dead. While I am still alive for now, I'll say this to those who are currently profiting from my pain and suffering...I don't blame you for what you had to do to climb that corporate ladder. I pity you, mainly because you have to live with a person like your self. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year you cave-dwelling creatures!
