This company has the most insane turnover I have ever seen, Their MO is "restructure", hire, fail, layoff, then start the whole process all over again. They hire, then lay off people regularly, and think it is normal. It is a dying industry, and their technology is outdated, but they blame the employees instead of doing a total makeover. They rely on a few holidays to stay relevant and profitable.
