7 in and 7 out is definitely the best part of this job. The people are great and flights and accommodations are covered.

The camp food is terrible. The wage is considerably lower than the wages that the oil company employees are getting. Poor pension and no bonuses.

Great culture, much improved executive, lots of variety in the job. Entrepreneurial, hard working but positive environment. Compressed work week so we have every other Friday off.

The current economic environment and poor oil prices has impacted compensation with salary freeze. This will be the second year. Reduced staff levels make it tough but everyone pitches in so that makes it easier.
