Pros

I enjoyed working for Frank Scibelli. (My wife and I had to move out of state for family reasons or I would still be working for Frank). Frank is a straight shooter - definitely lets you know what he is thinking - but he is always on top of things. He knows his people and is looking for creativity and ownership mentality from his Chefs. I always felt like he was looking out for me. In return, I was motivated to do the best job I could at all times. I would would say that FS Food Group was one of the best restaurant groups I have worked with in my 25 year career as a Chef.

Cons

Solid benefits but I would have liked them to add a 401k.

Pros

The clientele is nice and typically in wealthy areas which is a plus when it comes to tips. There is a teamwork-centered environment which is helpful.

Cons

There are a lot of expectations on the waitstaff, extensive side work, and cleaning duties. Rules are constantly changing, and the company burns through managers. Lots of turnovers.
