      Pros

      - Friendly colleagues and managers who show trust and care for their employees. - Nice work environment and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      - Bad salaries that feel slightly lower than what other companies in the same market offer. - No good career ladder to climb (too few steps), and the salary does not increase as you become more senior. - Too little diversity in customer projects, a project at a big client can be ongoing for many years, which can become tedious and hinder your career advancements.
