Overall good company - Security Officer FRI Security Employee Review

I have worked for a few different security companies in the past 9 years and FRI has the highest level of integrity of any company I know of. If you do your job right they will give you respect and consideration in return.

Those who have worked there for a long time should be given raises.

Opportunity to learn and advance if willing to do your best every shift. The key is availability, not missing work, calling in as little as possible, punctuality, and accepting as much extra work as you can when offered.

Pay rate is a bit low because it varies by site so if you work multiple sites you will be working at multiple rates of pay, generally all over $10/hr. Picking up extra shifts helps the company (which they never forget) and boosts your check.
