Pros

-Located in a nice building in Downtown Bellevue. -Rarely have to work late hours.

Cons

This company used to be called Freiheit & Ho and they have changed their name to FREIHEIT Architecture. For more reviews go to their original Glassdoor company profile. -Extremely disorganized and toxic company and work environment. -Lack of exciting and interesting projects. No real structure or plan on how to get new business or exciting projects. Depending on what team you are on, your experience varies greatly. -No mentorship programs or opportunities to advance. -Leadership team lacks communication. Can never agree with each other and have opposite opinions on everything leading to confusion and disagreements. -The leadership team has no respect for people working under them. They have favorites and beyond that, you get treated very poorly. -Leadership comes off as rude and abrasive to staff and are not approachable at all. -No real benefits to staff and no money to actually host interesting or fun team events -During reviews they would only focus on criticizing negative character traits, not actual behaviors they want you to change. -Extremely negative and cruel approach to giving feedback to staff and try to point out anything that wasn't perfect just so they wouldn't have to promote you or give you a salary raise. -Everyone was very underpaid and they would go out of their way to avoid talking about salary increases and letting people get a salary increase. As an Architect, even if it is your first job out of college and you are desperate, I would not recommend working here.

Pros

Very informative, low-stress internship at Freiheit. Their focus was on learning and teaching, and made myself and the other college intern feel very welcome and a part of the firm.

Cons

No cons to speak of.
