Some things get lost in communication cause we are always adjusting. We are slowly but surely improving on this though!

The team is not super close socially-- we have a diverse group of people in many senses of the word, and everyone has their own life outside of the office. This is a good thing for work/life balance, but it would be great to have a little more camaraderie in general.
