work life balance, can work from home and office whenever we feel like to do our job as long as we manage to complete it in agreeable time. good training and support quality time spending with officemates which came from various background. Good salary package if compared within the SEA vicinity
Cons
The challenges I faced in the company is misunderstanding between HR and employees. Sometimes they said they did something to help you in finding the next project, however they didn't make anything to help if. You have to find yourself your next project upon completion of current project, if you failed, you will be the next candidate to been kicked out from the company.
