Pros

No one is ever going to be overtly mean to you. Unlike some other companies in the industry, FPI doesn't reward being a horrible person. The CEO constantly sends out emails asking you to pray for people. If you're religious, that might be a pro.

Cons

The pay and benefits aren't the greatest. Also, if you can't get to work because of snow, you can either use vacation time or take the time off unpaid. You can't use sick time.

Last year, the Company expanded its medical benefits, implemented a robust Wellness Program and added Martin Luther King Jr. Day to the list of observed onsite holidays. The background screening process can take up to two weeks because the screening requirements for employees are more extensive than what is required for residents. Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

Pros

I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

Cons

Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
