Nothing except a few great people holding this place together… - Awesome Lead Technicians - 1 Great Field Engineer - 1 Great Project Manager - 2 Great Design Engineers

Cons

- No quality standards. - No leadership from management. - No career path system in place for employees trying to move up and better themselves. - Blame game from Project Managers and anyone in a position of power. If you are a Technician get ready because you will be the scapegoat. - Salesmen run the show. - Race to the bottom for every big project. - Site surveys are frowned upon because there isn’t enough hours sold on projects. (Really.) - Everything purchased per project, no materials kept in stock.

Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

Cons

Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
