The atmosphere inside the company is really open and it is easy to approach anybody. The culture is people-focused so you won't get the feeling you are a number here.

Because of the small size of the company there is not always much project related work to do. Besides the work is challenging it also has its boring days. You need to be able to function and adapt at the market as the role the company has there.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Forcyd's commitment to personal development. The starters academy has been a significant impact on my development in my career and personal life. Cannot think of much but perhaps a downside could be that the company is currently not big, meaning there are less colleagues to get to know. However I actually enjoy this because it means the team are close nit and enhances company culture.
