Pros
Christmas and end of year bonuses. Can easily access upper management all the way to the CEO. Free health & dental ins to singles.
Cons
Conservative, all-white, archaic, Midwestern company. Slow to accept change, and diversity. Not a lot of vacation time for new hires, and takes a long time to accrue. Coworkers don't seem to talk much to each other. Since there's such a low turnover, it's slow & takes a long time for promotions or new positions to open.
