Pros
FMC is a company with integrity. High moral ethics are valued at the highest levels. People are treated fairly and with respect.
Cons
Moving much of the manufacturing and even supply chain management to Asia Pacific. This is not good for the long term survivability of the organization. Once all of the expertise is cut and/or leaves the innovation will come to a grinding deadly halt.
