Pros
FLIP has an unusually helpful culture. You can just say when you're finding something hard (...or it isn't hard but you're having a bad day) and often your colleagues will drop everything to help you. It's unusually good at product management. Spends much effort on customer interviews, research, and analysis to try and make sure we're building the right things and in the right order. It's unusually focused on the quality and security aspects of software - far above norms in logistics IT. A lot of our work practices are driven by the CTO who has a strong personality, it's worth stopping off here just to work with him and try these practices. The wider group strongly backs what we do.

Nothing important. I hope I stay at FLIP a long time and see its new tech stack completed.
