People are nice. Decent factory culture.

-A heavy reliance of Canada's revolving door immigration system policies. -2 Production Managers are legitimate bullies. -The company is turning a heavy profit while the money inflows are being used for salary raises, lavish spending and toys while the workers get very little for their hard work, dedication and toil. -Nepotism is prevalent. "There are no promotions, only friends and relatives".

Good place as the group has excellent team work (especially during repairs and projects), people have friendly banter, and HR department and (SOME) upper management care about the employees. Also good benefits and RRSP.

1) Tool room management isn't really a tool and die person. 2) Some employees don't give their 100% in the roles assigned and still have job security.
