      Best company I've ever worked for, super relaxed, friendly staff, activities within the building and not stressful at all, i can go home relaxed

      - Nice new head office environment. - Some amazing colleagues across all teams. - Flexibility on work location (WFH). - On-site parking. - Approachable senior leadership team. - Owner is involved in Rugby League for sports fans.

      Cons

      - Poor industry salaries. - Unobtainable, non-negotiable targets. - Bullying behaviour by some managers. - Average work equipment. - Extreme favouritism within teams is rampant. - Unusually high mix of high-turnover or stagnant team members. - Too many promises for staff, not enough action.
